To start filling in the Single Form, the Partners should create a new request in APPEL and start dratfting it using the Online or the Offline application either in English or French.

The starting point for creating/updating a new eRequest is the page 'Search projects'

At this page, by default, all the projects are shown, and from here you can:

CREATE A NEW REQUEST CREATE A NEW VERSION OF A DOCUMENT (REVISED PROPOSAL, MODIFICATION REQUEST, …)

Once you have created the new document in APPEL, you can proceed to fill it in.
