The Guidance to DG ECHO partners on the yearly reporting on allegations of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH) has been published. You can find it in the Reference document page for NGO (under the section Humanitarian Certificate 2021-2027), IOs and MSSAs

The AGA version with the contributions from all DGs of the Commmision and including updates for HUMA and other programmes has been approved. You can find it in the Reference document page.

The final version of the AGA will be published in 2022.

DG ECHO will launch administrative part of the periodic assessment for NGO certified partners on 1st December 2021. The periodic assessment will be open from 1st December 2021 to 31st December 2021. NGO partners need to answer three questions and re-submit the Declaration on Honour through new module/form in APPEL. More information on the periodic assessment is provided in the updated ‘Guidance – EU Humanitarian Partnership Certificate 2021’ available here.

On 23 November 2021, DG ECHO will organise the first of its four preparatory webinars ahead of the European Humanitarian Forum.

 

The Partnership 2021 Webinar will focus on a technical exchange between DG ECHO and its EU humanitarian NGO partners addressing jointly the changes, challenges, lessons learned and future opportunities brought by the year 2021.
